I think the most important thing to remember is that ‘living in the moment’ doesn’t mean that we forget about where we’re from and where we’re going. Living in the moment doesn’t have to be reckless living at all. It’s just setting aside those things that move us in our fast paced world to just focus on what is happening around us now.
