Governments gain control over more and more over our civil liberties in times of fear because we allow them to.  A check at airport security is already a warrant-less search of our stuff.  Do we as citizens really want the TSA to bring in Clothing See-Through scanners?  Have we already given up so many rights since the Patriot Act came into effect?
